From Mark Zalewski
The new 52 page report has just been issued by the United
States Department of the Interior - National Park Service and a limited
number of copies have been printed by the Unison Preservation Society.
Prepared by cartographer and historian David Lowe it is lavishly illustrated
with period drawings, photographs and newly created maps of the battle and
provides a rousing and detailed description of the Civil War events here in
the Fall of 1862.
This report is NOT for sale, and can only be obtained
through the Unison Preservation Society, a 501©(3) corporation.
Copies can be provided free if requested. We would greatly appreciate a
voluntary donation of $25.00 (or more) with each copy desired. This
donation will cover our costs of postage and handling, and allow us to print
future copies when the current printing runs out.
